Carmarthenshire County Council – CAVS Survey
Carmarthenshire County Council (CCC) and Carmarthenshire Association of Voluntary Services (CAVS) share the desire to develop and grow the third sector in the County by working in partnership to deliver practical services for the communities of Carmarthenshire who need them.
The voluntary and community sector has been vital in mobilising volunteers and meeting local needs during the pandemic. However, like many other parts of society, third sector organisations are facing unprecedented uncertainty due to the immediate and longer-term impact of COVID 19.
The pandemic has presented a wide range of challenges but also opportunities to do things differently and therefore are looking to review arrangements for local service delivery in supporting the sector in post COVID 19 delivery.
