Paul Heaton

Graphic Designer

Paul Heaton joins us with over 25 years of experience in the design industry as both a Graphic Designer and Website Designer.

He’s worked for various high-profile agencies including the prestigious Chase Creative Consultants.  His design projects include work for Arts Council England, Liverpool Museums, The Bluecoat, Design Initiative, National Media Museum and The Vale. In the not-for-profit sector, Paul has delivered design projects for Cheshire East Council, Bury Council, Liverpool Hope University and Manchester Business School.

Paul believes in the importance of conversation, and this develops his connection with an organisation and its people. He believes listening is the bedrock to create brands and high-quality designs that will stand the test of time.

He champions the approach that excellent visual expression distils an organisation’s values, and this is something he brings to his work at RNC. Good design makes a huge difference to how the not-for-profit sector connects with its stakeholders and makes its work resonate.

Out of Office

For Paul being creative is a way of life that extends beyond graphic design. He is also a trained makeup artist and, in the last couple of years, has started textile design in the form of knitwear and home furnishings at The Man That Knits.

Paul loves music and has mastered the classical piano and the clarinet.

When he is not being creative, he likes walking his two dogs Charlie and Danni in the country. Paul is also an avid reader consuming books on all types of subjects.
